Obviously, our waistline and our budget cannot always hold up to the take-out options. There are some lovely make-at-home delivery services which can be really amazing too! But again, if you are feeding a large family, the costs can add up over time. I love Hello Fresh for new inspiration every once in a while, or if I know I have my busy work month coming up. - Get inspired and find your recipes. Pinterest is great for inspiration.
- Make your shopping list
- Grocery shop for everything you need. Online shopping is great for this!
- Make all those meals. Carve out a couple of hours to chop, cook. Spend that time cooking with a friend or throw on some good tunes to sing along to while you get into your cooking zone.
- Place each dinner portion into a freezable container and throw in the freezer (I love buying these ahead of time. I prefer specific containers large enough to hold and freeze our family-sized portions. Check out these options from
