Let’s face it. We all love whipping cream and it goes well with almost everything. It even tastes good in our food with it’s rich and creaminess.
But… just in case you don’t know quite how to prepare your refrigerated carton whipping cream, here it is. This is how I prepare it and it is perfect every time!
BEST WHIPPING CREAM
This is the simple and yummiest whipping cream ever
- 2 Cups Whipping cream Refrigerated unprepared whipping cream in carton
- 1/4 Cup Icing sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
Pour 2 cups of unprepared whipping cream from the carton into mixing bowl and whip with whipping attachment on low for about 2 mins
Crank up to med-high on mixer and whip for about 1min or until starts thickening
Slow down mixer to add in icing sugar and vanilla and crank up to med-high again until thick and whipped (about 30secs or so)
*if you are serving on top of a cake or preparing for the next day, add a tbsp of cream cheese to your whipping cream to help keep it from becoming melty….
