Ok, so who doesn’t love a bellini, especially on a warm summer day? This tropical version of an old favorite, tastes like you are sitting on a beach somewhere.
I love all the feels of sitting on the deck with a few good friends, sipping on something yummy. Most iced drinks are made with loads of fake flavors and much sugar. Being this option has pureed, frozen fruit and natural maple syrup, it’s pretty healthy right?!! So, you can feel good about giving this to your kids (the non-alcoholic version).

Tropical Fruit Bellini
A twist on the popular peach bellini, this tropical rendition tastes like a little like summer on the beach. Make it family friendly without alcohol, or add alcohol to make it adult party ready.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mangos
- 2 cups frozen pinapples
- 1 can Gingerale
- 1 ounce maple syrup
Instructions
-
Add frozen mangos, frozen pineapples, Gingerale, and maple syrup together in the blender and blend until well mixed.
Pour into fancy glasses and top with one-ounce grape juice or cranberry juice.
-
For an alcoholic version, optional; blend in 2 ounces peach schnapps, pour into fun martini glasses, and/or top with one ounce red wine instead of juice.
-
For a traditional peach Bellini, substitute the frozen mangos and pineapple for 4 cups frozen peaches instead.
-
Please note: Fruit must be frozen to get the right consistency.
